Great place for your loved ones! I have placed my mother in law here and there have been no concerns.. change in management I believe the house keepers are much nicer and attend to me right away when I notice things. Nurses are very sweet and the young lady who runs the “Wellness” is just a dime piece! Always smiling and helpful with a bubbly personality. Holly has been a help for my mother in law despite her being so very picky and sometimes rude to staff Holly is sweet and never crumbles. Very personable and bubbly as well and I highly recommend this place.

My husband has been a resident for a year, and I’m very pleased with his care. The nurses and staff are friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any concerns. The therapists work hard to help residents return home if possible, and the office staff is accommodating and kind. The facility is always clean, and the recent renovation has made it warm and inviting. Finding a place for your loved one is hard, but we feel lucky to have chosen Alpine Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation.

I love this place. The people at this facility took my 22 year old daughter in and treated her as if she was a family member. She never wanted for anything and they nurse her back to good health. They never gave up on her and never let her give up on herself. When she went in they promised me so many things and never once did they lie to me. Thanks to the staff at the Bradford(NURSES ,THERAPY ,CNA SOCIAL WORKER, ECT) my daughter is home able to do for herself. I thank the Lord every day for these people. I recommend this location to any and everyone. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

When I chose Booker T. Washington Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation to assist Tabitha, she was in really bad shape. She desperately needed rehab after a long stay in ICU that left her physically depleted. In fact, the reason I chose this facility was because I was impressed with the rehab staff.
The rehab staff did not disappoint. They were top notch. IF one of your loved ones needs rehab this is the place for it. But I discovered to my delight that EVERYONE there was dedicated to the mission of getting my wife healthy. I was there a lot and saw everything. Not only were the nurses caring and responsive to Tabitha, they were that way with everyone. The orderlies were patient and smiling. The rest of the staff was dedicated and committed to excellence.

Colonial Oaks
My mom was at Colonial Oaks for rehab after her stroke, and the care was excellent! The rehab team, especially Lydia, provided intense therapy five days a week, which helped her regain strength. Even during the pandemic, the staff delivered outstanding care. She graduated from rehab stronger, and we’re so grateful.
The administration and staff were amazing. The Director of Nursing addressed all my concerns with care, and Jo provided comfort like a mother. Robin welcomed us from day one, and Jamie helped set up a nanny cam so I could check in on Mom daily. The RNs answered all my questions, and the CNAs worked tirelessly—special thanks to Renee for her bond with Mom. The facility was clean, maintenance quick (thanks, Mike!), and the kitchen accommodated Mom’s special diet.

My family and I appreciate the dedicated staff at Shreveport Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation , especially the nurses and aides who work on Hallway #3. My mother receives wonderful care at this facility; her meals are diverse and delicious, and her daily activities are educational and entertaining. The administrative personnel (from the Administrator’s office to the Admissions Office, the Social Services office, and the Business Office) are so professional and helpful. The kitchen, housekeeping and maintenance staffs are also hardworking and personable with the residents. My family and I recommend Shreveport Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation as a rehabilitation facility and as a long-term care facility to our coworkers, friends, and family members.

Pilgrim Manor is well situated. The staff and the facility were very good. My mother got excellent care there. She was in a semi-private room. The room was well-maintained and the facility as a whole was well maintained. There were a lot of activities going on, and I had no issues whatsoever with them about keeping me informed of what was going on with my mother. They were very attentive to her needs.

The rehab facility can not be better. Everyone of my mother's friend who have visited her can not say enough about how kind and attentive they are to my mother. She has a private room for rehab, this is not always that common with other facilities.
